In April 2022, GCPay released the following features, enhancements, and bug fixes:
Sage Intacct ERP Integration
GCPay has added Sage Intacct to the growing list of supported ERP integrations. Sage Intacct users will be able to realize GCPay's full utility by pulling projects, subcontracts, and approved change orders from Intacct and seamlessly pushing approved invoices.
CMiC (JSON Compatibility)
We’ve upgraded our API integration with CMiC to accommodate the latest versioning. The new JSON based API will improve error handling and export times, while ensuring long-term compatibility with CMiC.
Custom Lien Waiver Template Name
Waiver names have historically defaulted to the template’s file name, which wasn’t particularly helpful for users. You can now overwrite the default template name, which will update the template name across all projects where it’s in use.
For example, a template previously named CA_Cond_Final(3).pdf can be renamed California Conditional Final Waiver. This will ultimately make waiver templates easier to organize for general contractors and waiver requirements easier to understand for subcontractors.
Bug Fixes
Fixed Job Number on Integration Tab
Some job numbers were not displaying properly on the integration tab. This bug fix rectifies the issue.
Default Retention Issue
Some projects weren't adopting newly configured company-level default retention settings, which has been fixed.
Compliance Report
The compliance report no longer displays closed projects.
