November 2020 Updates

In November 2020, GCPay released the following features, enhancements and bug fixes:


OVERVIEW TAB: Retainage Release and Stored Materials Filters


The Applications for Payment table on the project Overview screen now has filters that allow users to isolate payment applications containing Retainage Release or billing in Stored Materials.


A new column has been added to the Applications for Payment table containing icons for payment applications containing Retainage Release (RR) or billing in Stored Materials (SM).



INTEGRATION TAB: Actions Column


The AFP export table on both the company level and project level integration tabs now have an Actions column that allows users to quickly navigate to or view the details of a payment application. Previously users would need to navigate to the project and locate the payment application manually. This update is not applicable for Sage 300 users.



BUG FIXES


Waiver Notification Bug

Digitally Signed waivers were not triggering an email notification to the GC. This has been resolved.
